ON THE WATER
Bring the Boat. Keep the Beach.
Wind Drift occupies a rare position between the Gulf of Mexico and Old River. Everything you need to know about slips, trailer storage, and association policies.
CRITICAL REQUIREMENT
7-Day Advance Boat Registration
The Wind Drift Condominium Association requires all guest boat and trailer registration paperwork to be completed and submitted at least 7 days prior to check-in. Reservations made within 7 days of arrival are not eligible for on-site boat/trailer parking.
Dock & Slip Facilities
- First-Come, First-Served Slips: Boat slips along Old River are available on a first-come, first-served basis for registered guests. If all slips are occupied, vessels must be pulled and placed on trailers in the designated lot.
- Trailer Parking: On-site designated boat trailer parking is provided for registered vessels during your stay.
- Fishing Pier & Cleaning Station: Private community fishing pier with lighted water and a dedicated fish-cleaning station overlooking Old River.
Current Association Fees
